National Professional Qualification for Middle Leadership (NPQML) is a new national qualification that provides recognition of your leadership development and professional achievement as a middle leader.

Who is it for? It is for middle leaders such as curriculum leaders, heads of year and pastoral leaders withing to continue their professional development.

What will it do? It is designed to support you in developing skills, confidence and knowledge to drive successful team performance and    improved classroom practice.
