St Joseph’s College pupils walk to raise funds and awareness for Sierra Leone

The continuing support from St Joseph’s College for Sierra Leone saw over 1100 pupils walk eight miles through Trentham Gardens as their eight year fund-raising drive broke the £500,000 mark.

Every child from Year 7 to 13 completed the College’s annual march on a glorious autumnal morning.

The event was planned and supervised by the St Joseph’s College prefect team with over 1100 pupils and staff completing the trek in around three hours.
